I was very prepared, but I did employ an agent on my behalf to seek out jobs, coach me, and do post-mortems on the ones that got away. I would be happy to give anyone his name.

They were exactly in line with expectations for my salary requirement. (Maybe a little sooner than expected)

Yes, I would employ an agent earlier in the process. I spent about three months without one and feel that it was lost time.
